Hello! My name is Maciej. I am a certified coach and mentor (postgraduate studies at the Laboratory of Psychoeducation) as well as a manager with over 20 years of experience working in diverse, multicultural environments. Drawing inspiration from philosophies that place people and teams first, I believe that the journey of transformation begins with understanding your 'why'—your core purpose.
In addition to my coaching practice, I am an avid MTB rider who finds joy in overcoming personal challenges and embracing the spirit of competition.
